Machine Describe
Horizontal Winding Machines used to produce winding of Power Transformers. The manufacturer use a robust and quality approach for an expected useful life of at least 30 years. The machine is flexible in use and easy to operate. All the components of the machine is used of the latest "state of the art" technology available and the manufacturer can be able to provide up to 10 years of spare parts after the delivery of the machine. The machines can fit into the existing foundations and the existing paper unwinder in front of the machines can be re-usable (integrated into control system).
Characteristics:
The horizontal winding machine is designed with the following components:
- The main machine with a Maintenance-free three-phase drive frequency-controlled for very
smooth acceleration and deceleration.
- The swiveling pressing device for the conductors is attached to the main machine.
- The operator platform
- The wire decoiler for CTC and flat conductors with pre-braking system and wire collector break.
- Paper unwinder in existing pit in front of machine
- The control system with user interface via touch screen
- Options to implement paperless manufacturing and industry 4.0
