Expending Mandrel
Machine Describe
JMD-C series expansion mandrel is composed of five parts: mandrel body, reducing mechanism, cylindrical support panel, reducing input mechanism and butt bracket.
The winding die is manually or mechanically driven to drive the reducer to rotate the lead screw, and the lead screw drives the left and right nuts to do reciprocating linear motion. There is a T-slot on the periphery of the nut, and the reciprocating linear movement of the nut drives the oblique beam inserted into the T-slot to expand and shrink relative to the center line of the lead screw. The left and right ends of the slope beam are symmetrical slope, and its top surface is assembled with a cylindrical support plate, so the reciprocating linear movement of the beam with the nut makes the mold expand, shrink and reduce the diameter.
Characteristics:
The characteristics of JMD-C series expansion mandrel :
(1) The mold can be used in horizontal or vertical winding machine.
(2) The mold can be expanded, shrunk and reduced using manual or power tools.
(3) Good mold stiffness and high positioning accuracy are the basic guarantees for winding high-quality coils.
(4) The external cladding plate is a staggered block structure, the material is hard plastic, smooth and flat, no cracking, no deformation
(5) The mold rotates smoothly, the diameter changes quickly, the demoulding is convenient, the labor intensity is reduced, the work efficiency is improved.
(6). The mold can be easily connected with the horizontal or vertical winding machine through the docking attachment.
TECHNICAL DATA
The expansion and contraction mandrel adopts a wedge mechanism to realize the variable diameter. When changing the diameter, use a wrench to rotate the input shaft of the reducer to rotate the lead screw, and the T-shaped grooved disk is reciprocated along the axial direction by the nut, and then the inclined beam is connected with the upper arc-shaped strut for radial movement. The mandrel is expanded and reduced; the layered gusset is screwed to the main body slab, and the layer is reduced in accordance with the expansion and contraction of the main gusset. The gusset is attached to the base gusset by screws.
